Consumption of Organic Food: best way to take care of health and hygiene
A healthy and nutritious food is the basic pre-requisite of mankind. Without talking proper care of health and hygiene, a human body can not perform particularly. In today’s regularly changing atmospheric scenario appropriate health and hygiene care has become necessary and at the same time it has become a huge challenge. The industries, which deal in food products, are adopting the organic food options. The Organic Food Production is a long procedure; under this method the step by step process takes place including farming, processing, packaging and distributing. This section of bioproducts comes under agribusiness sector. The bioproducts that are made available by various organic food industries are mainly bifurcated into two major categories, that are, Conventional Bioproducts and Emerging Bioproducts.
Conventional bioproducts are building materials, pulp and paper, and forest products, whereas, emerging bioproducts are biofuels, bioenergy, starch-based and cellulose-based ethanol, bio-based adhesives, biochemicals, biodegradable plastics, etc. apart from these a wide range of organic foods comes under the range of bioproducts. Organic food involves the food items that are made of natural impact without adding any synthetic chemicals such as pesticides and chemical fertilizers. Their processing is also done without application of chemicals, industrial solvents and food additives.
The range of organic food bioproducts is vast and it comprises of, Baby Foods Bakeries, Baking Goods, Cereals, Coffee, Condiments & Dressings, Dairy Desserts, Frozen Foods, Fruits, Fruit Drinks, Herbs & Spices, purees, Honey, Jams & Meats Oils the list of organic food bioproducts also includes, Vinegars, Pasta Prepared Foods Rice & Grains, Sauces, Soups plus vegetable and fruits such as carrot, tomato, Mango, Papaya, litchi etc. apart from aforementioned products there are various other products that come under the organic food sphere.
Looking at the daily consumable food bioproducts, vegetable and fruits tops the list. Hence the consumption of fruits and vegetable on daily basis itself become a mandatory requirement for the consumers to select healthy and harmless products. The organic vegetables and fruits such as papaya, mango, litchi and tomato etc are processed and made with natural application instead of using harmful chemicals. Hence their consumption is a better choice for health.
